Access to the quayside must be requested from the Communications Office of the Port Authority of Santos. Entry is authorized exclusively through the gates corresponding to the ship's docking point. The phone number is (13) 3202-6565.

In the case of recordings on board vessels, contact should be made with the communications departments of the respective shipping companies. It is also necessary to notify Concais, up to 72 hours in advance, so that they are aware of the scheduling with the shipowner.

Unauthorized persons will not be allowed access to the port area.
