How do I reserve parking?
Go to the website reservation, click on “Simulate Reservation,” select the ship and travel date on the calendar. The package price will appear. Complete the payment, and your reservation will be confirmed.
Can I visit the ship?
For safety reasons, visiting the ships is not allowed.
Is it safe to leave my vehicle in the parking lot?
Your vehicle will be left directly in the terminal yard, where your bags must be checked in. Upon your return, it will be in the same location, near the arrivals hall — no transfer is necessary. The parking lot has 24-hour security, fire and theft insurance, covered parking spaces, personalized service and uniformed staff.
Can I enter the terminal to pick someone up?
Private vehicles are not allowed inside the terminal. Use Gate 3’s express drop-off/pick-up lane.
Only utility vehicles and those registered with tourism and transport regulatory agencies are allowed into the terminal grounds.
